We offer flexible 10-month programs running from August 2026 through May 2027.

Prices are listed per 10-month school year (Aug. 2025-May 2026). A 2-month summer program (June 2026-July 2026) is available at the same monthly rate.

Spanish Legacy Academy Payment Schedule & Fees (Toddler, Primary, & Elementary Programs)

We provide structured payment options to accommodate our families' needs.

Quarterly Tuition Due Dates:

  • Q1: August 1st

  • Q2: October 15th

  • Q3: January 1st

  • Q4: March 15th

Pay-in-Full Discount: Receive a 3% discount when paying out-of-pocket tuition in full at registration.

Registration Fee: $200 per student. The registration fee is paid directly to the school upon enrollment and is non-refundable.

  • Materials Fee: $100 per full day / $50 per half day of weekly enrollment per student per semester to cover the cost of textbooks, workbooks, supplies, etc. paid directly to the school and is non-refundable (e.g., a 5-

    • Fall Semester: Due June 1, 2026.

    • Spring Semester: Due December 1, 2026.

    • Note: Students enrolled after December 1, 2026, will be charged a non-refundable spring materials fee upon enrollment.

Scholarship Information

Spanish Legacy Academy is a Step-Up Direct Provider! These funds can significantly defray, and in some cases, completely cover tuition costs!

  • FES-UA (for ages 3 and older) 

  • PEP Scholarships (ages 5 and older)
